×   Pay with Cash

Cash payment is accepted, but we advise against it.

Under normal circumstances the invoice for your appraisal is sent to your lender, along with the completed appraisal report.  You would receive a copy of the report and its invoice from them, and your check would serve as your receipt.

If you plan to pay for your appraisal with cash, please advise us in advance so that we can provide you with a cash receipt.
